Job deskipsi :
  • Troubleshoot software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolution, prioritizing problems, and asessing impact of issues
  • Communicate with end-users about the needs and solve their problem
  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration and reliable operation of computer systems
  • Training end-users on new features and updates
  • Provide documentation and technical spesificatiion to IT Staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
  • Perform and delegate regular back up operations and implement approriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery and fail over procedures
