• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Econmics;
• At least 5 years of working experience in Insurance Company;
• Preferably having experience as Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Corporate Planning/Accounting;
• Posses Strong analitycal thinking, attention to detail, accuracy, timing & scheduling of work to meet demanding deadlines;
• Proven track record in leading and mentoring a team;
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
• Be proficient in Ms.Office (Ms. Powerpoint & Ms. Excel inparticular);

Job Descriptions :
• Development of and controlling the implementation of Strategic Plan that aligned with corporate goals;
• Review strategic, corporate and departmental business plans regularly to ensure tasks and milestones are being achieved in a timely manner are completed;
• Preparation of governance reports, project status reports, presentations, agendas etc;
• Provide comprehensive report, analysis and professional advises to Management and stakeholders;
• Build and maintain strong collaboration and effective working attitude within team members

to meet tight deadlines
